We offer a positive team environment with competitive pay and a full benefits package. *What You Will Do* * *Welding & Fabrication:* Use TIG (stainless/aluminum) and MIG (carbon steel) to fabricate high-quality workpieces. * *Layout & Assembly:* Read blueprints, tape measures, and shop drawings to position, clamp, and fit components. * *Shop Support:* Perform grinding, and repairs while maintaining a clean, safe work area. *What We Look For* * *Experience:* Experience in TIG welding. * *Technical Skills:* Ability to set machine settings (tungsten, filler metals, gas) and read fabrication blueprints. * *Physical Ability:* Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting and physical shop work. * *Requirements:* High school diploma/technical coursework, basic math (fractions), and ability to *pass a drug screen and background check.* *Benefits* * $2/hour attendance bonus * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid Time Off (PTO) Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
