*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erector to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient assembly of pre-engineered metal building components on various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure structures are erected according to blueprints and technical schematics, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction skills to bring innovative metal building designs to life. Must be able to work at heights. *Responsibilities* * Erect and assemble pre-engineered metal building components following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to lift, position, and secure structural elements. * Interpret construction plans and schematics accurately to ensure proper installation sequences. * Perform metal stud framing, roofing, siding, and trim carpentry tasks as required for building completion. * Conduct rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work when necessary for foundation or structural support. * Use hand tools such as tape measures, levels, wrenches, and saws to achieve precise dimensional measurements and alignments. * Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. *Skills* * Proven experience in metal building erection and construction site operations. * Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematics. * Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic math for measurements. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions. * Familiarity with construction plans involving metal stud framing and framing carpentry techniques. * Excellent understanding of construction safety standards and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
