*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stucco Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying stucco finishes to building exteriors and interiors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that enhances the durability and aesthetic appeal of structures. Your expertise in various masonry and finishing techniques will contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and renovation projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, develop your skills in masonry and finishing trades, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. *Duties* * Mix and apply stucco materials according to project specifications, ensuring smooth, even finishes on walls and facades * Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying bonding agents for optimal adhesion * Install rebar reinforcement and metal lath as needed to support stucco application and ensure structural integrity * Use hand tools and power tools to perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stone masonry, and concrete finishing * Build and dismantle scaffolding safely around work areas to access elevated surfaces * Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on all construction sites *Requirements* * Proven experience in stucco application, masonry, or related construction trades with a strong understanding of concrete, plastering, and stone masonry techniques * Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematics * Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction site safety procedures * Ability to perform rebar installation, concrete forming, tile laying, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, and renovation work as needed * Familiarity with building material installation including bricklaying and mortar work experience * Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks safely * Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Join our team if you’re passionate about masonry work and eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
