*Front Range Industrial* is a Colorado-based steel fabrication and erection company specializing in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, stairs, railings, and architectural/ornamental steel. We are a growing, fast-paced company looking for an experienced *Field Foreman* to join our team. *The Position* We are looking for a dependable, experienced Field Foreman who can lead a crew in the field while maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate is someone who knows steel erection and fabrication, can read drawings and plans, communicate well with customers and other trades, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and work alongside their crew when needed. *Responsibilities* * Lead and supervise field crews on commercial and residential steel projects * Coordinate daily work activities and keep projects moving efficiently * Read and interpret structural and miscellaneous steel drawings * Layout, fit, weld, and install steel components as needed * Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades * Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project specifications * Maintain a clean and organized jobsite * Identify potential problems and communicate them to the project team * Track materials and equipment needed for projects * Operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment * Help train and mentor less-experienced employees * Maintain a professional relationship with customers and other contractors *Qualifications* * *3+ years of experience* in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, steel erection, or a related field * Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred * Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection * Ability to read and understand construction drawings and shop drawings * Welding and fabrication experience * Ability to accurately measure, layout, and fit steel * Strong communication and leadership skills * Reliable transportation and dependable attendance * *Valid, non-restricted Colorado driver's license REQUIRED* * Must be comfortable driving company trucks * Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor as required * Must be safety-minded and take pride in quality workmanship *Compensation & Benefits* *$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience* Benefits include: * Paid sick time * Yearly vacation * 401(k) with employer match * Boot allowance * Opportunity for overtime * Steady work with an established Colorado company *Why Work With Front Range Industrial?* We are a smaller company where your work matters.
