Ironworker/Welder (Erection-Job Site)

We are looking for an experienced *Structural Steel Ironworker* to join our team. You’ll be responsible for erecting and installing steel frameworks for buildings and other structures, working at heights, and following strict safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, strong ethical behavior and be willing to go above and beyond when required. _*CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM IRON ERECTION TASKS!*_ Hourly wage determined through experience and interview process. *Responsibilities:* * Read blueprints and drawings to lay out steel structures * Erect, bolt, and weld steel beams, columns, and decking * Use cranes, rigging, and power tools safely * Work at heights and follow all OSHA safety standards * Collaborate with crew members and foreman on job progress *Qualifications:* * 3+ years of experience in structural steel erection * OSHA 10/30 certification preferred * Able to read blueprints and use rigging equipment * Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions * Welding certifications a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
