If you’re mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and want a company that values your growth and stability — not layoffs every few weeks — you’ll fit right in here. *What You’ll Do as a Millwright Apprentice / Rigger Helper* * Assist in rigging, moving, and installing industrial machinery * Learn how to anchor, level, and set equipment safely * Support experienced millwrights and foremen on machinery moves * Operate forklifts, man-lifts, and rigging gear (training provided) * Help with loading, unloading, and securing equipment * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite * Travel regionally to job sites across Ohio as needed *Typical Pay & Growth Path* (Experience | Title | Hourly Rate) * 0–2 Years | Millwright Rigger Apprentice | $20–$25/hr * 2–5 Years | Experienced Millwright | $25–$30/hr * 5+ Years | Journeyman Millwright | $30–$34/hr * Lead | Millwright Foreman | $35–$50/hr+ Pay is based on experience, performance, and training progress.
