*We have multiple openings for Ironworkers on the Front Range of Wyoming and Colorado. Our work is prevailing and non prevailing work.* *We are an AISC certified erector based in Cheyenne, WY looking for safety-minded ironworkers.* * We primarily work on jobs based in the *Front Range of Colorado* and *Southeastern Wyoming.* * We have been certified by the AISC with their *highest safety award *for the past four years. * We typically do *several prevailing wage projects* every year and have prevailing wage projects in our back-log. *In addition to a great working environment where you are valued and encouraged to grow, we offer the following benefits:* * 100% paid health insurance for employee-level coverage * 100% paid dental insurance for employee-level coverage * Paid holidays * Paid vacations * Profit sharing * Weekly pay *Job Requirements:* * Minimum one year relevant ironworking experience *required* * Previous or current certification in welding preferred but not required * Positive attitude, good character, and a strong work ethic * Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision * Reliability in reporting to work * Willingness to work overtime as required, including Saturdays * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, walk long distances, stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights, and work in extreme temperature and weather conditions * Must possess reliable transportation * Must be able to work well with a diverse group of employees * Candidates must be drug-free and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Retirement plan People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: * structural welding: 1 year (Preferred) * ironworking (job site): 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
