Cash bonuses on accessories and services Experienced dispatcher will provide dispatching and field support, transmitting updated information to your phone/tablet for timely digital communication HVAC Maintenance Technician - Entry Level Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime This is a hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry and become an integral part of our team What You Will Be Doing: Receiving hands-on job training for residential and light commercial annual maintenance and service Annual maintenance / clean and check Delivering Excellent Customer Service to our customers Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training Receiving instruction to obtain industry certifications including EPANATE's.
