They are expected to communicate with others based on the expertise and procedures they develop within the role. We are looking for all levels of *commercial roofing service technicians* that can produce quality repairs and meet manufacturers requirements. Carry out inspections and problem solve roofs of all sizes and systems. Perform repairs to a high standard and train roofing apprentices to advance to technician level. Must be able to identify areas of opportunity from their surroundings and present those opportunities to said parties. Strong communication with RPI team and customers is a essential requirement of this position. Exceptional self-management is of the upmost importance.
