Fisher Construction Group is looking for roofers to join our team. Commercial/ Industrial Roofing experience is a plus but not required. General carpentry skills can substitute for roofing experience. We can train you to be successful! *Roofer Responsibilities*: * Full removal and installs * TPO, PVC, EPDM and metal experience preferred but not required * Loads and unloads or fetches materials using a reach forklift, if certified to do the task * Use of power tools on a daily basis * Assembles temporary equipment or structures to facilitate roofing applications, i.e., fall protection systems * Clears gutters, drains and scuppers * Installs complete roof systems from start to finish * Apprentice to Full Journeymen wanted with advancement opportunities *Roofer Requirements*: * Must be willing to travel to job sites * Good common sense and problem-solving skills * Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis * Participates in training opportunities and continued growth of knowledge * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen * Must be able to pass a background check * Must have a valid driver’s license * 2 years minimum of commercial or industrial roofing experience Fisher’s Roofing Division has developed a wage schedule that rewards employees for achieving skill development. Entry level wages range from *$25.00-$34.00* per hour, depending on years of experience, skills, and willingness to travel.
