Position Overview Falcone Enterprises is seeking a dependable *Hook Truck Driver / Snow Plow Operator* for a *part-time, year-round* position. During the non-winter season, you'll primarily operate a hook truck. During the winter months, you'll assist with commercial snow plowing, sanding, and other snow operations during storm events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time work with increased hours during the snow season. Responsibilities * Safely operate a hook truck for container transport * Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections * Complete deliveries and pickups in a safe and timely manner * Operate commercial plow trucks and sanders during winter storms * Assist with snow removal operations as needed * Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs * Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations * Be available for snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary Qualifications * Valid Massachusetts driver's license (CDL preferred or required if applicable) * Experience operating hook trucks or heavy commercial trucks preferred * Snow plowing experience * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions * Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused * Ability to work flexible hours during winter weather events What We Offer * Year-round, part-time employment * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Well-maintained equipment * Opportunity for additional hours during the winter season * Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you're a dependable driver who wants to be part of a company that keeps Central Massachusetts moving during the winter, we'd love to hear from you.
