CNC Electro-Mechanical Systems Assembly Technician

Description

Build and Prove Out Large CNC Systems Join a direct-hire, permanent team with openings on both 1st and 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you will assemble, wire, plumb, and verify complex electro-mechanical subassemblies and large CNC machinery against engineering specifications and quality standards. A day in this role Start your shift by reviewing blueprints, schematics, and work instructions for the day's builds. Assemble electro-mechanical components and full systems using hand and power tools along with precision measuring instruments. Wire and integrate electrical panels and devices; route pneumatics; align and fasten mechanical elements. Perform functional tests and inspections to confirm proper operation and compliance with quality requirements. Document and report any defects, deviations, or assembly issues and collaborate to resolve root causes. What you bring 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a closely related environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and step-by-step work instructions. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments for precision assembly work. Core technical strengths Mechanical troubleshooting Electrical installation, wiring, and panel work Electrical diagnostics and repair Relay testing and verification Pneumatics troubleshooting Powerhouse troubleshooting General maintenance and repair practices CNC machine setup and changeover Diesel and heavy equipment systems familiarity Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting Reading and interpreting electrical schematics Equipment installation and wiring Equipment repair and maintenance Equipment installation Tools and technologies you will work with CNC Mills (3–4 axis VMC) – Fanuc CNC Lathes (2–4 axis) CNC Mills (5+ axis VMC) – Fanuc CNC Lathes (5+ axis) Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) – Fanuc Conveyor systems Servo motors Schedule Direct hire, permanent roles with openings on 1st and 2nd shift.
