*Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Roofer / Foreman to lead roofing projects with enthusiasm and precision. As a key team leader, you will oversee daily operations on job sites, coordinate with crew members, ensure safety compliance, and execute roofing projects efficiently. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive team atmosphere. *Duties* * Lead and supervise roofing crews during installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems including metal roofing and shingle roofing * Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution. * Oversee the safe use of construction safety harnesses, ladders, power tools, hand tools, and heavy lifting equipment on-site. * Manage daily project schedules, coordinate material deliveries, and ensure work progresses according to plan. * Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with construction safety regulations and safety protocol adherence. * Perform roofing repairs such as caulking, siding installation, fascia, soffit, gutter work and shingle repairs * Train team members on proper techniques for roof installation, siding work, metal fabrication, and other related tasks * Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, safety incidents, and material usage in accordance with company standards. *Requirements* * Proven experience in roofing installation and repair with a strong background in construction site management. * Knowledge of various roofing materials including metal roofing and shingles. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately. * Familiarity with construction estimating processes and workplace safety regulations. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders safely, and understanding safety harness protocols. * Experience with siding installation, caulking techniques, remodeling projects is highly desirable. * Strong physical stamina for outdoor work including heavy lifting and working at heights on ladders or scaffolding. * Excellent leadership skills to supervise crews effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.
