We are looking for someone with *Experience* *Duties* * Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces in accordance with project plans and specifications * Set up and dismantle formwork and scaffolding using carpentry skills and hand tools for concrete placement * Install rebar reinforcement following blueprints and schematics to ensure structural integrity * Operate power tools and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, saws, and compactors safely and effectively * Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately * Perform demolition, concrete cutting, stucco application, drywall installation, and other related renovation activities as needed * Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site *Experience* * *Prior experience *working on construction projects involving concrete or masonry work is needed * Demonstrated knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings * Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, rebar installation, and formwork construction * Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and concrete pumping systems * Understanding of construction site safety regulations and best practices for working safely around heavy machinery and materials * Construction experience in related trades such as carpentry, plastering, flooring installation or restoration is a plus * Ability to work effectively on construction sites with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance Join us today to be part of a dedicated team that builds lasting structures while advancing your skills in the vibrant world of construction!
