We focus on excavation, grading, utility, paving and general site work. We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions: *Laborers* *Heavy Equipment Operators* *Crew Leaders* *Heavy Equipment Mechanics/Leads* Applicants must have experience in site construction work, be able to pass a drug & background check. Must have your own reliable transportation to the project work sites. This paid position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact on community development. *Responsibilities* * Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools * Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution * Perform & Execute civil site work for demolition, renovation or new builds * Follow all safety protocols and construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction processes * Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics * Experience with construction labor * Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when necessary * Skilled in pipework, underground utilities, rebar installation, concrete formwork construction, masonry, stormwater projects * Understanding of construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate work execution This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in the construction industry.
