*About Us* We are a *veteran-owned hydraulic rebuild and industrial service company* serving the Baltimore area since *1962*. Our team specializes in rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and industrial hydraulic systems for a wide range of equipment and facilities. We are looking for a *hands-on hydraulic technician* who already has experience *rebuilding hydraulic cylinders and/or pumps* and wants to continue growing their skills in industrial field service. We are willing to train the right candidate in *advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics*, but applicants must already have *practical hydraulic rebuild experience*. *What You'll Do* As a Field Service Technician, you will: * Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild *hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and mechanical components* * Travel to customer job sites and industrial facilities to perform repairs and service * Assist with *diagnosing hydraulic system issues* and determining repair solutions * Perform *preventive maintenance and equipment inspections* * Read and interpret *blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings* * Safely operate equipment such as *forklifts, cranes, hoists, and rigging tools* * Work in industrial environments including *plants, factories, and construction sites* * Maintain a safe work environment by following *OSHA/MSHA safety practices* * Document work performed and communicate repair needs with supervisors and customers * Work with a small team to complete rebuilds and field repairs efficiently *Required Qualifications* * Experience *rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, pumps, or similar hydraulic components* * Strong *mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience* * Ability to lift *50–70 lbs* and perform physical work including bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods * Ability to read or learn to read *technical drawings and schematics* * Valid driver’s license * High school diploma or GED *Preferred Experience* * Industrial maintenance or heavy equipment repair * Experience with *hydraulic troubleshooting or diagnostics* * Experience working in *industrial or field service environments* * Basic computer skills (email, work reports, Microsoft Office) *Work Environment* This role involves working in a variety of industrial settings including manufacturing plants, construction sites, and maintenance facilities.
