We value motivated professionals who thrive in outdoor environments and are committed to safety and craftsmanship. *Duties* * Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing, TPO roofing, and other specialized materials. * Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute roofing plans. * Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and install roofing components efficiently. * Conduct roof inspections to identify damage or wear; perform repairs such as caulking, tile laying, or siding installation as needed. * Follow strict safety protocols including the use of construction safety harnesses, ladder use procedures, and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations. * Assist with the installation of related exterior elements such as siding, stucco, trim carpentry, masonry, or metal stud framing. * Lift heavy materials safely during outdoor work while maintaining proper form and technique to prevent injury. *Requirements* * Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing or exterior building systems; familiarity with roofing repair and restoration is preferred. * Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately. * Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy lifting equipment in outdoor environments. * Understanding of construction safety harnesses, ladder use guidelines, and adherence to all construction workplace safety regulations. * Experience working on commercial sites with exposure to schematics, technical drawings, and fabrication instructions. * Ability to perform tasks such as caulking, tile laying, siding installation, metal roofing fabrication, and masonry work when required. * Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy materials safely. * Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times.
