*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Care Technician with a valid Driver's License to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working with your hands using various tools and machinery, this position is perfect for you! *Duties* * Operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns and landscapes efficiently. * Use hand tools and select tools to perform detailed landscaping tasks such as planting, trimming, edging, and fertilizing. * Drive company vehicles safely between job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure while adhering to all traffic laws. * Assist with basic landscape maintenance or property development projects. * Apply knowledge of land management practices to improve soil health, irrigation systems, and overall landscape aesthetics. * Maintain equipment cleanliness, safety checks, and proper storage after each use to ensure longevity and safety compliance. *Experience* * Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping is highly preferred. * Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required for safe transportation between job sites. * Familiarity with sales techniques can be beneficial for upselling additional services or products. * Knowledge of property management practices, equipment operation, and the use of hand tools will set you apart as a candidate. * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards. * Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques or equipment are valued assets.
