We are seeking an *experienced Electrical Service Technician* who thrives on troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with a small, collaborative team to deliver top-tier service to our customers. The right candidate is *skilled in both commercial and residential service*, communicates well with clients, and enjoys a variety of work each day. *Position Overview* As an Electrical Service Technician, you will: * Perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings * Diagnose faults in wiring, panels, transformers, lighting, controls, motors, and related equipment * Inspect and test electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and required repairs * Install and upgrade panels, services, masts, and EV chargers * Represent the company with professionalism, providing clear communication and excellent customer service both on-site and by phone * Respond to both emergency service calls and scheduled appointments * Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications * Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes/inspection requirements * Collaborate with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and teammates to complete projects successfully * Use mobile dispatch/project management technology and maintain detailed service records * Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe company vehicle *Minimum Qualifications* * *Required: 3+ years electrical experience* (including at least *1 year service* *service*) * Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC, and local codes * Proficiency with electrical hand tools and testing instruments (multimeter, megger, clamp meter, etc.) * Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; able to pass background and drug tests * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service calls * Excellent communication skills and customer-facing professionalism * Comfortable working in varied conditions (indoor/outdoor, rooftops, crawl spaces, diverse weather) * Positive, can-do, self-starter attitude *Working Conditions* * Daily travel within *El Paso County, Teller County, Metro Denver, and Pueblo* (company van + gas card provided) * Standard availability *7:00 AM – 5:00 PM M-F*, plus at least 1 Saturday per month.
