In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning, custodial, and maintenance tasks that ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive attitude and commitment to excellence will help uphold the high standards of our facilities, making a positive impact every day. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment * Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces * Execute custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure a hygienic environment * Operate industrial cleaning tools and commercial cleaning equipment efficiently to maximize productivity *Skills* * Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work within commercial or residential settings * Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing surfaces * Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely using specialized equipment and chemicals * Skilled in basic facilities maintenance * Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift * Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly Join us in creating a clean and safe environment where everyone can thrive!
