ELECTRICAL SENIOR ESTIMATOR Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Senior Estimator in Dallas, TX. Electrical Senior Estimator Compensation & Benefits Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Estimator in Dallas TX is between $130,000 and $150,000. Bonus incentives Health insurance Supplemental insurance Retirement savings plan Work-life balance, includes providing time employees to spend more time with friends and family, and activities they enjoy Electrical Senior Estimator Duties & Responsibilities Review construction plans and specifications to create detailed and accurate bid proposals. Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future awards/probabilities. Prepare proposals for budgetary and conceptual estimates and for strategic opportunities. Analyze job specific conditions and identify issues that may affect labor and materials. Effectively communicate bid scope and project details to customers. Work with construction personnel to coordinate project bid scope. Prepare bills of material and coordinate vendor material and subcontractor quotes. Estimate construction changes and communicate changes with owner. Electrical Senior Estimator Qualifications Minimum of 7 years’ experience estimating electrical construction projects with an electrical contractor. Proficient in Accubid. Must have a stable work history. Experience estimating commercial, healthcare and data center projects over $4M. Design build experience. Experience interpreting engineering documents. Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent organization, prioritization, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
