*Window and Door Service Technician* Graboyes Window & Door | Philadelphia area | Full time (part time considered) Graboyes Window & Door is a growing, family owned, multimillion dollar home improvement company that has served Philadelphia area homeowners since 1949. Our service department is expanding and we are adding a technician who takes pride in fixing things right the first time. *The schedule* * Start at our office at 8:00 AM to pick up the day's service tickets and parts * Most days wrap up around 3:00 PM * Finishing the day's schedule is our priority, so some days can run up to 1 to 3 hours longer * About 15 completed services in a typical full-time week * Part-time schedules considered for the right person *What you will do* * Diagnose and repair vinyl replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and storm doors at customer homes * Replace sashes, glass, balances, locks, and hardware, and handle adjustments, caulking, and trim repairs * Document each job with photos, serial numbers, and warranty details * Treat every customer and every home with respect *What you bring* * 2 or more years of experience installing or servicing windows and doors * Ability to diagnose problems on your own * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Comfort using a phone or tablet for job notes * Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders *Pay and benefits* * $25 to $38 per hour depending on experience * Company work van provided, with gas and tolls paid * Quarterly bonus eligibility for performance milestones and positive customer feedback *Full time employees also receive* * 401(k) with company match * Health insurance * 17 days of paid time off, plus paid holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave Work Location: In person
