Description
HVAC Service Technicians & Installers Needed Location: Bordentown, NJ and surrounding areas Pay: $35–$47/hr, based on experience and skill set Position: Direct Hire | Long-Term | Full-Time Benefits: Full benefits package and company vehicle provided We are seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join a growing team. These are long-term, direct-hire commercial positions offering competitive pay, full benefits, and a company vehicle. Candidates should have hands-on experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities: Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. Inspect equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Diagnose equipment issues and identify effective solutions. Respond to emergency service and maintenance requests as needed. Read and interpret HVAC wiring diagrams and technical documentation. Follow all company safety policies and industry standards. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation or service experience. Familiarity with HVAC systems, components, and wiring diagrams. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to perform physical work and handle job-related demands. Reliable transportation. Clean driving record.
