As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Installer to join our team. *Job Summary: *We are currently seeking a reliable Fire Watch to join our field team. This role requires precision, professionalism, and a strong work ethic as well as strong knowledge. *Key Responsibilities:* * Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders * Ensure proper alignment, secure attachment, and clean finishes * Usage of proper hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently * Work collaboratively with fabrication teams, project managers, and other trades on-site * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Represent the company with professionalism at all times *Qualifications:* * 3+ years of experience in glass, metal, or related construction installation preferred * Ability to read and understand construction drawings * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts * Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation * OSHA 30 + SST 40 or 62 * 4hr Scaffold * Scissor and Boom lift * DOB Welding License a plus * Tracking record of competence * Willing to work flexible hours when needed * Knowledge of basic computer skills *Why Work With Us?* * Be part of a growing, respected company known for quality and innovation * Work on unique and high-profile projects * Supportive and skilled team environment * Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits *How to Apply:* Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and references to *[email protected]*.
